Leaving the Disney-Hater at Home: A Dorky Disboutiquing Diser Sista Trip Report 6/4

Well I made it through. I just came across your TR yesterday and thankfully you have it set up to skip some small talk and just read the report. I do feel like I have missed some of the fun talk though but it would have take me for ever to catch up then. Now I can read each page and not miss out on things, like your big Oprah debut. Wow that is amazing. I am thrilled that we now know who they were though.
Your doing an awesome job with your report and I love the outfits. I keep telling my mom let me use the sewing machine that just sits around doing nothing at her house, but she hasn't given in yet. I would love to make something for my grandson and my girls and I for our trip next year. But I really need to practice as it's been since I was in junior high 8th grade in fact since I have used a sewing machine.

If you see us, I will be 100% shocked! It was a picture, behind the woman that Oprah was interviewing. We were so small I had to blow the picture way up to be able to see us! But, you can tell me that you saw me, just to make me feel better!

Okay, I watched Oprah this morning before work and I SAW YOU! Okay, not really, but I saw the spot where I knew you were based on your blown up picture and I really wanted to be able to see you - does that count? When you go to Disneyland make sure if you see a camera, you get closer so we can spot you!

Hi, I just discovered your TR and am still near the beginning of it. I love it love it love it! Your local airport looks really pretty and I love how you sang that Willy Wonka song while walking through that creepy area. That is totally something I would do.

I just got through reading the part where you took pictures with the Princesses and I laughed out loud in real life when I saw the first picture of Cinderella. She looks mad!

Good idea to take a picture before catastrophe befalls! LOL!

I just love that shirt, it makes me giggle just thinking about it! I used it as the basis for one of our "guess the character games" on the way over to see T and Steph this year! "He wears lederhosen" was my clue, Lydia asked enough of the right questions and came up with the answer first.

I love pictures of dancing kids! Especially cute kids like Tessa and Sawyer!

I did NOT get to see Jord on my trip!! I missed her, but I did have a very nice time with Samantha. Thankfully Heather, she has no idea what you said about her. Heather once told Arminda's Samantha, right to her FACE, that she was not a very cute doll and that she had BUCK teeth! Let me tell you, Cindee, Morgan and I had QUITE the discussion about THAT when we met up last week!

Morgan is such a sweetheart!!! She had sparkly hair when I saw her the other week too! I was ashamed that I had forgotten to pack the Shimmery Nights hair gel for my girls!

Aww, I didn't know Mom bought Tessa the deer!! How cute!

Forgot you deodorant? Well, it had been quite cold the days before, so you probably wouldn't have needed it then, but it was a nice and warm day that day! I didn't know that you could purchase it in the parks? I wonder what other obscure things they keep behind the counter???

I um... look... um... great... um.. in ... that ... uhmmmm.. Prince Charming outfit you made me! It was quite pricey, but well worth the money!

Leighanna started a trend when she got "Clarice" her deer! By the end of the night everyone had one! She still has hers and plays with it still. She tells me it brings back good memories of all her Disney friends!

Sorry we couldn't stay for the fireworks. We had an 8:00 a.m. ADR for Chef Mickey's the next day, and knew we would have to get up before the crack of dawn to make it there on time! We had a lot of fun at ESPN! Karen did pick out a great spot for us. I don't know if we would have ventured in there before, but we will go the next time too. Killer nachos!

I don't think we ever saw that Oprah show family. I knew it was you when I saw that episode!

It was so great to meet you, LeighAnna and Angie! You have a great family! Tessa was playing with her deer the other day and said "This reminds me of my friend. You know, that pretty girl at Disney World with the deer puppet." She was referring to LeighAnna, but she's not good with names (unless it's Luke, of course).

Yeah, not only was it a warm day, but I was wearing a black shirt AND those iron-ons don't breathe! So, my back was HOT!
