My kids are with the ex this week, so about 2 weeks ago I decided Jersey was just too cold and booked a trip with my Mom for 5 nights. We're leaving at 4. Staying at a grown-up place this time (Hyatt Grand Cypress); I'm so excited! Any last minute tips about good things to do now that we don't have the kids this trip? We're already doing the Segway tour at Epcot and dinner at the California Grill.
