Leaving kids home!

For the very first time, since our honeymoon a million years ago, we are taking a vacation ourselves and heading to the World, leaving the kids with Grandma and Papa! We'll be there Oct 19-24. WHAT should we do? It seems like a totally different, happy, amazing experience without kids.

Would you please share your ideas?? We can't wait!

Did our first solo trip in February and if this tells you how it went, doing our next one in October for F&W. We love ours kiddies (college age) but it was the first time I have been to Disney as an adult without the kids. It was weird for all of 5 minutes then we realized we could ride anything we wanted, eat what we wanted (ADR's and no more burgers!). Had the time of our lives, we even got tickets for MNSSHP and purchased costumes. Relax, have fun and take a vacation from being an adult! You won't regret it!

Thanks for the encouragement. We bought our plan tickets early Saturday morning, and today I'm starting to regret it. But, we're really excited to ditch the strollers, diaper bag, etc, etc, and be adults!! We've been down during F&W before, but never did anything with it. Our F&W fun was limited to watching everyone sample things as we pushed the stroller around the crowds! LOL!

Can't wait!!!!

Enjoy we are going on our 1st ever trip without the kids since our honeymoon also many many moons ago!

Make your dining reservations! We also plan on checking out the boardwalk and hanging out more in World Showcase and by the pool!!!

We are going on Monday - no kids, 15th Anniversary. My wife and I are looking forward to trying this to help us explore Epcot better. Looks like there is a monorail one too. We got ours within days of ordering and its really adding to our excitement.
