Hey Everyone!

My DGF and I are leaving central NJ and driving to WDW offsite on August 8. We still have some questions and need some help. We were a little scared on money-wise plans, but were are just fine on that now.

Anyway, my first question is, Does anyone know where I can find how much it will cost me in tolls from my house to WDW. I would like to just plan out a budget board.

Second, we are staying offsite at my future father-in-laws condo (don't like staying offsite, but hey it was free haha). What would be the best plan of action when it comes to parking. Should we park at one park and use the transportation? Use a cab?

Third, What should we bring into the parks to stay cool during the hot August sun. I'm bringing a waist pack that has two drink containers, other than that, im not really sure.

And Finally, this is our first official disney trip. What can we do to make it unforgettable as a couple.

Thanks Everyone!!:banana::banana::banana:

I would check out mapquest.com, I know I have seen somewhere where you can see tolls, I think this is where I saw it.

If you are park hopping during the day, I would probably use Disney transportation, especially between Epcot and MK. If you don't have park hoppers, I would just drive to the park you are going to that day.

As far as staying cool, we always just bring one cold water for each of us from the room and then either fill them at the water fountains or buy it in the parks. I know some people bring washcloths or handtowels and wet them to cool down with, but we never did that. We have also bought the water fans, but IMO they are just a PITA to carry around. When we get too hot, we usually just find a cool attraction to go in or visit a shaded area.

When DH and I first went together, we just made sure we had booked a few special places to sitdown and eat at the end of the day to relax. We also thought the boardwalk area was nice and relaxing for couples.

HTH! Have fun!!:thumbsup2

Thank you so much, I will keep all of that in mind.

We are shootin for park hoppers, but we will see how funds are by that time.

If anyone else has suggestions please let me know
