So I have purposely gone light on ADRs for my upcoming trip. The only ones I have are Crystal Palace for breakfast, Tutto Italia for dinner (which I might cancel), and Le Cellier for lunch. I feel like I've already eaten everywhere that I've cared to try, and I'm having trouble getting excited about dining. Can you imagine? I'm having trouble getting excited about eating! So help get me excited, give me your favorite Disney dining ideas!

Well, you are already going to two of our favorites: Crystal Palace for breakfast and LeCellier.

We also fell in love with Yak & Yeti in September and love Biergarten and The Plaza Restaurant; and we always have good meals at Mama Melrose and Rose and Crown and enjoyed Cape May Cafe this past September.

Whoops! Looks like I posted this on the wrong board. Mods, could you move this to the main dining board? Thanks!

Melissa

We enjoyed Yak and Yeti, Chefs de France, and Big River. Don't forget about the places along the Boardwalk. The only true disappointment I had was the Shephard's Pie at Rose and Crown. It was very good, but VERY small, served in about the size of a small vegetable bowl side dish.

To make it easier on our family.....we tried different foods at the TS restauarants. I am a meat lover so I have tried the salmon and poultry offerings at the TS. But I always have the yearning for the meat.
I know you said you are going to Crystal Palace for breakfast. How about Donalds Breakfastasaurus for breakfast too.

We always go to Le Cellier when we are at the Mouse's House. How about at DTD, House of Blues. We enjoy Biergarten too. Try different foods maybe Look at the menus and experiment.

DO NOT cancel Tutto...that place is just incredible!

I would add Boma breakfast, Beirgarten or GFC dinner, maybe Jiko and Flying Fish too

We love the Brown Derby in DS and Mama Melrose. Don't know if you need two places there or not. We like the Flying Fish Cafe on the Boardwalk, always eat there! The Plaza is a great place in MK if you need another TS in MK. We also are trying Tutto and definitely keep Le Cellier. We are doing both in April.
Hope you have a wonderful time!:)

Try and get to Kringla, the bakery in Norway at Epcot. That is MY favorite food place in all of the world and IMO the best bakery by far! :lovestruc

Im a second for Kringla, I absolutly adore that bakery!!!!!:worship:

Definitely Boma or Jiko. Both are fabulous! :)
I have tried Boma, and I liked it, but I don't find myself rushing back. Jiko is a definite possibility, the only problem is that I don't have a car....

Chefs de France is a favorite. I will definitely be eating there. I just didn't make an ADR because I didn't know when I would want to eat there.

Biergarten was one of the places I was thinking about, my only hesitation is that I will be solo, and the seating might be really fun or really awkward!

Thinking about Flying Fish too! I've had one good meal and one mediocre meal there, so maybe it's time for a tiebreaker. As for Tutto, I have been there twice now and enjoyed it, but it is soooo expensive for what you get, I'm thinking about replacing it with another signature meal.

Sorry I'm a Boulangerie Patisserie girl! Bring on the chocolate mousse and croissants!

I guess I should add that this will be a solo trip, so I'm not worried about keeping to a schedule. I have already made ADRs for the places that I really want to eat, and I will play the rest by ear. Keep the suggestions coming!!!

Any thoughts on Narcoossee's? It is one of the places I have never been too.

We ate there last June..the Raspberry Mojito is the only thing that I would return for. It was yummy! The meal was less than stellar.:confused3

ok listen here....no one said you had to stick to one bakery!! :) I mean, if you take your time, you could eat one for elevensies (or 11:30sies), and then the other for an afternoon snack ;)

I like the way you think!!!

See there, you ARE getting a little excited, aren't ya? ;)

Why don't you keep your 2 ADRs, then eat at bakeries for all the rest of your meals. Then please post your dining review! :rotfl:

Yes, I admit it, I am starting to get excited! Only three more days until I leave!!! Thanks forthe help everyone, keep it coming!!!

If you can get a ressie for Narcoossee, I absolutely recomend it! I have been there last two trips, going again next week for daughters b-day. Food is excellent & perfect place to watch fireworks at MK and around 9-930pm is water parade. You can also leave your table and watch outside on their deck.
