Leaving in 4 days

We are leaving on Thursday (family of four the kids are 5 and 7). Have been doing pleanty of research and have just a few questions:

How crowded will the Parks be on Monday (Columbus Day) ?
Has anyone stayed at the Holiday Inn Niki Brid ?
Our itinerary (roughly) is:

Thursday Afternoon/Evening: Epcot
Friday: Animal Kingdom
Saturday: Open
Sunday: Sea World
Monday and Tues: Magic Kingdom
Weds: Open
Thurs: Gatorland and Home

I think the Holiday weekend is going to be a bit more busy. Including Monday. I think w/ a good plan you'll be fine though.

As for the Holiday Inn Nikki Bird-- I stayed there in March of 2003 for the last leg of a trip. I got the room for $25 via priceline. I would NEVER EVER stay there again- even if it were for free!! Which subsequently my last stay was after I wrote a nice but solid letter to the Holiday Inn Headquarters. The place was just very dirty feeling. These were things they could do nothing about w/ housekeeping either. The bedding was tattered, but new bedding turned out to be the same. The bathroom fixtures were rusty, the carpet had dozens of black tarry looking stains. We're talking 2ft x 2 ft stains all over the place. The windows had a thick film of grim on them so seeing out looked foggy and hazy. The laundry area looked like that of a crime scene, and the pool area was pretty dirty. Go figure there were naked babies in the pool. Different babies, different days. Now tell me they weren't doing any of there business in that pool. It really just felt awful. At that point I decided no more super budgeted trips-- I couldn't do that again.
