Die of heat stroke. Hows the weather and the crowds? I hate summer but love Disney this is a late minute trip . Guess I ave to tough it out.

I live 2.5 hours north and it is pretty hot here, but nothing like July and August.

It's been hot an hour north. The best I can tell you is to pace yourself and try not to fret about the heat. That alone can make you feel hotter. Even if it's your first trip, don't try to do everything.
