Leaving car in hotel parking lot after checkout time

Staying at Hard Rock and would like to go to parks on the day of our checkout. Can we leave our car in the self parking after checking out that morning, go to the parks for the day and then retrieve our car from HRH parking lot that evening? Use our room key cards still at that time for the parking lot?
