Leaving ASAP - have a question

I asked this in the SW forum earlier but didn't get any response. We put off going to SW in Dec and were going to get a fun card in January. But this year it says fun card is for fl only. I read on a blog that non-residents can get it at the gate but that doesn't make sense to me with the 2nd day promotion. Can anyone verify this? Also, can an FL resident buy more than 1 adult ticket with ID like at Universal or is it like Disney and you can get just one.
