Hi,

We will be in WDW in Mid May.

I am thinking of putting the kids pictures on the Legacy Wall. Just wondering if anyone has any input or tips.

We did this for our kids in April. I can't wait to go back and see it! We received two lovely copies of the picture in the mail with the location. The picture was on a transparency in a nice silver card. I heard it will be up for 20-25 years. S

We did it last spring, one with the kids and one of the wife and me. It was great to go back in October and see them there. I can't wait to see them again in a couple of weeks.

If you are a Disney Fan then I highly recommend it. I think it will be great when my son or daughter take their kids in 20 years and can see mom and dad or grand mom and dad.

Well worth it for me.

I got this email from a CM:
Thank you for expressing an interest in participating in our Leave a Legacy program. Leave A legacy has 2 types of tiles. We have faces (1 or 2 people per image) and we have the graphic/text tile. The cost of the tile is $25.00 for the first tile and $20.00 for each additional tile. The photograph for the "face" tile must be taken at Epcot (unfortunately a picture from a picture would not be possible); however, the graphic/text tile can be purchased by phone, mail or e-mail. We also have gift certificates available.

We can put multiple tiles on the sculpture as a group (together) and we do put the graphic text and photos in a group. We have different types of graphic tiles to choose from. The most popular is the border tile that allows up to 6 lines of type with 8 spaces per line.

I am attaching several examples of the tiles with the border tiles first and then the clip art. The clip art allows either: 1 line above the tile; 1 line below the tile or 1 line above and 1 line below with 14 spaces per line.

It normally takes 12 weeks for the etched panel to be received and mounted; 3-4 weeks for you to receive your certificate in the mail with a copy of your image at the top of the certificate and the location on the wall at the bottom of the page.

I ordered one with a wedding bell and our names so when we got to Epcot it would be a little suprise for DW.
