Universal-because we always seem to end up just wandering around not enough attractions and massive queues
:confused3 That's surprising, there are loads of attractions. Besides which, we've never had to queue in any Universal park like we've had to in Disney.

Still, if you don't like Universal so much, it means there will be less people there - and vice versa ;) :thumbsup2

I would say Sea World but it's not on the poll.

We went last August having not been for years and I am in no hurry to return :(

That's a fair point, I'd vote for Sea World ahead of AK also. We visited in September and nothing was hapenning, there were no shows until the late afternoon, concession stands were closed and the staff there are the worst of anyway I've visited, they just were not interested.

AK for me, I just get really bored there, problem is it is one of my wifes favorate, so I try not to show that I dislike it. I always feel Disney have only half built it, just needs in my opinion a few more rides, or at least a few more things to do, my comment is always wish B.Gardens was in Orlando and AK in Tampa, also my boys really do not like it so have to put up with them moaning as well.

Having said that this year they have E.Everest so at least something new and exciting.

I suppose because it is always the last park we visit I am theme parked out by the time we get there, but have to admit my wife does not stop laughing at me when we are there as I am always moaning nothing to do with motion sickness on PW or the fact every time we do the Kali rapids I am the only one that gets drenched!! This year we will visit AK early into our trip to see if that makes a difference.

I think Sea World is okay if done in moderation, we haven't been for a couple of years so think this time it is worth a visit or 2 - plus any park that offers 7 days entry for the price of one needs to be considered.

To be honest other than MK and the water parks, we prefer Universal over MGM/EPCOT and AK, and to clarify as US Annual Pass holders the queue's there if anything are not as bad as some of the Disney parks.

Animal Kingdom parades are not the best
Mickey's Jammin' Jungle Parade is my favourite of the current parades and probably my second favourite of all time behind Tapestry of Nations/Dreams (never did quite work out the difference between the two).

We haven't visited Busch Gardens since 1996. Not because we think it's awful, but simply because there's always so much do to without travelling 1.5 hours to visit a park which (IMHO) is certainly not any better than those on our doorstep.

Reading all these posts, I'm actually very happy to say that I love all the parks. Epcot is our favourite and we've undoubtedly visited that more times that the others. We've visited Sea World the least over the years, but, whilst it's still the first we drop from our itinerary, lately we've come to appreciate it more. The landscaping is beautiful these days and we really like the new(ish) Waterfront area.

Of the Disney parks, I suppose I'd say that MGM is my least favourite, but I still love it!

EE is a great ride, but I really can't help wishing they hadn't put it at AK. We've always enjoyed the fact that AK isn't as popular as the other parks. I love the fact that you can arrive at the parking lot any time of the day and still be within sight and walking distance of the entrance. That's probably true of the entire parking lot, but we've never seen it more than about 1/4 full.

I guess Seaworld maybe. I enjoy it but i'd struggle to spend a day there now that i've been a couple of times and don't feel the need to rewatch many of the shows. I'll still go in 2007 as my bf has never been and I want to do one of the tours, plus I love Kraken!
..Rereading this post I don't think there is any park I truly dislike, love all the Disney parks and Universal and Busch was great (don't knock it til you've tried it.. The shows in particular are amazing, better than a lot of the Disney ones)

In order of least favourite first:

1. AK - Tried this park a few times and just couldn't "get in to it". We never seem to spend more than a couple of hours here at a time.
2. Busch Gardens-Amongst other things, the drive.
3. MGM-Feels too small. Good to turn up in the afternoon, have Dinner, then do Fantasia.
4. EPCOT-A great night-park. Always found it is better to turn up late afternoon, when it the heat is less opressive, have dinner, then take a stroll around the world showcase. Illuminations cruise is a must.
5. Sea World-A great "first day" park. Nice to sit down and acclimatise in the heat.
6. MK
7. Universal.
8. IOA-The way a theme park should be. Great theming, amazing rides. FOTL. What more can I say.

Nice to see a fellow Universal fan. :thumbsup2

I voted for Bush Gardens purely because I haven't been there, but that will be rectified on next years trip so I guess I could give a better opinion then.

I like AK but find it very hot to walk around and don't think there is as much to do there compared to other parks.

I would have to say AK for me, been three times and never stayed for more than two hours though having read some of the trip reports I intend to give it another go to see if I'm being a little harsh.

I voted for Busch only on the basis that its the only one that we don't mind if we don't visit it on every trip. All the others we must do every time, we'd feel as if we'd only had half a holiday if we missed any of those ones out!

I have only ever been to the WDW parks so I cant judge the others but I felt out of the WDW parks that Epcot was my least fav.

Not that Epcot was bad, I enjoyed it but out of the four it would be the one I would miss if I only had one day left.

ak got my vote, not right much there, havnt bothered going the last few trips, dont think we will go this year either

Universal for me I think, but only because its gotten a little dated. I know Ive mentioned this in the past, but the "I love lucy" attraction....WHY ?????

Yep - I have mentioned it a few times on the Universal forums too, cannot believe it is still open.
Having said that overall it is one of our favourite parks and there are many great rides there - plus plenty for kid's too.

I guess it's for the older Americans that visit? As for US in general, I like the park. Besides The Mummy, most of the attractions allow lots of people in for a sitting which means the queues aren't too long. We like it as there is always something to do.
