I think they're all about the same, just depends what you order. The least caloric dish is going to be something with fresh veggies (no butter or sauces) or salad with veggies and a protein and dressing on the side.
You just need to comb through the menus and see who offers anything like that. Once upon a time R&S had this awesome salad with chicken and they took it off the menu, what a disappointment. Then next time we went it was like pulling teeth just to get them to add a piece of grilled chicken to the salad they had at the time.
Look for "not fried", not "sauced" or sauce on the side, not sauteed. No cheese or cheese on the side...with those options you have on the poll, good luck. (Your best bet is Le Cellier's salads with dressings on the side).

You can eat almost anywhere, you just have to watch what you order thats all. All restaurants have salad & veggies. Partner that up with a protein such as fish, chicken etc, and you're good to go. (just hold the sauce please!).
No idea. Honestly I have eaten at many of them listed and never really noticed any stand out low caloric options.
I would look at the menus, decide which looks appealing - and request something when you get there (meaning a particular menu item with the sauce on the side).
