I just thought that I would share my new diet with everyone. I have been on Nutrisystem before and while it worked very well for me, I hated the taste and the preservatives in the Nutrisystem food. I have since made my own variation of the Nutrisystem Plan that uses Lean Cuisines, which are very yummy and have no preservatives. The vegetables taste like they were just picked, NO JOKING
Breakfast - Fiber One Chocolate Granola Bar with 1 cup of skim milk 220 Calories Total
Snack - 5 Laughing Cow Cheese Squares with 1 Orange 105 Calories Total
Lunch - 200 to 250 Calorie Lean Cuisine Frozen Dinner with 1 can of Mandarine Oranges 360 Calories Total
Snack - Snickers Bar 280 Calories Total (My Reward for the day)
Supper - 300 to 350 Calorie Lean Cuisine Frozen Dinner with 1 cup of skim milk 310 Calories Total
About 1300 Calories per day and I will usually add a snack after dinner of about 200 calories, like some popcorn or something. Just curious if this type of "System" could help anybody else???
I have lost 11 pounds so far. I have not been good this past two weeks with the exercise though. My Wii Fit will surely be yelling at me when I get back on!!
