I got mine today!

I ordered it on 9/3.
I was so disappointed! I loved the size, shape and colors, but the zipper is completely broken!

The teeth of the zipper aren't even close to lining up so the bag won't close at all. The entire "track" of the zipper is misaligned or something. Any suggestions? I thought about returning it and requesting a replacement, but I don't want to wait another 8 weeks for a new one. I just figured I'd take it to the zipper repair store and see if they could fix it. DH says I shouldn't have to go out and pay more money to fix something that was sent to me defective. I kind of agree, but I look at it more as a "thank you" for a donation rather than an actual purchase. Anyone else with this dilemma?
