Leading Reservation

I have a reservation where I check in on a Friday and my 60 dining window is still a week away,can I make a reservation at a different resort for the days leading up to it to get access to 60+10? So mu question is with 2 different reservation numbers will it see it as one continous stay,like a split stay?

Are you talking about a dummy reservation that you use to book at 60+10 and then cancel because you don't plan to keep it?

The +10 for ADRs does not work across multiple room reservations. Also, it's not really 60+10 days, but actually 60 days plus the length of stay up to a max of 10 days and it will treat each room reservation separately.
