Le Cellier!!!

I'm a fan of the burger. DH ordered the open faced philly sandwich and my burger was much better. They also have the steaks on the lunch menu. We actually prefer the strip over the filet.

Enjoy your lunch!

Ppl seem to be raving about the filet mignon....but i wouldnt get the risoto as i've heard it can be very salty. I'd substitute it for mashed pot or something else.

I had the strip steak and it was awful. Mashed potatoes were heavenly thou. That was the only good thing about my meal. I heard they got rid of the mashed pot.at dinner. not sure if its there for lunch?

I enjoyed the mushroom filet a lot more than the prime rib sandwich. I like the mushroom risotto and truffle butter with the filet, but a lot of people get cream cheese mashed potatoes instead.

We get a bowl of beer cheese soup and we split a burger! Other wise, it's nap time!

We get filet with cream cheese mashed potato. Didn't like mushroom risotto.

Another vote for the burger - assuming the reports of them changing it back are true. They had changed something about it - the roll it was served on or something - last fall. But people have reported it's back to its old goodness.

The child's steak DD had (I think it was sirloin) was huge for a kid's meal.

I vote for the cheese soup and the Filet.

I use to get the Prime Rib (and then the sammage as we started eating lunch for the big meal fo the day), but, that filet is quite nice.

Of course the filet is a steak and the prime rib is a roast. Big difference in textures, your miliage may varry.

Soup and Burger was very good and has been each time I go.

I love the filet with mushroom risotto, but last time I decided to try the burger and it was one of the best I've ever had. I guess I'll have to eat there twice so I can order both. :goodvibes

I agree with the last poster about the burger - both my wife and myself ordered that last week and we agreed that this was one of the best burgers we had ever eaten. I did something unusual that worked out quite well. I ordered the burger bare and requested that all the toppings be brought out "on the side." (I'm a carnivore that is trying to become an omnivore.) This worked out great ! I tried "a little of this, a little of that" for virtually every bite! It was the most fun I've had eating a burger in my memory. It was really neat in that every bite tasted slightly different - I highly recommend trying this. We will be returning to Le Cellier for lunch for future trips.:thumbsup2

Keep these ideas coming.. Had heard great things about the soup... did not hear about the burger until just now. Maybe have to order all and split between the three of us... a taste of this and a taste of that..

Can you still get the chocolate whiskey cake at lunch? I had it last year and looooooved it! I'm unsure if they changed the lunch desserts this year along with the changes to the dinner menu.

Has anyone tried the chicken crepe? Any feedback? Thanks:goodvibes

I saw a picture of it on the Disney Food Picture thread on this site, along with a little review! You may want to take a peak, it's covered with salad and from the comments not what the diners expected! Page 112, there's 2 different pictures of it!

This is great. Thanks op! We will be there in a couple of months and it is great to know what to get.

DH and I always get the Cheddar Cheese Soup app, Mushroom Filet (with risotto), and then I always get the Chocolate "Moose" dessert. I tried going with something different once, and I missed my filet so much that I decided not to do that again :goodvibes
