Le Cellier?

Hi, we were lucky to get an ADR for Le Cellier for our trip in May. My DH and I love Fillet Mignon but we do not love mushrooms. Can we order the fillet Mignon plain? I know you can substitute the mashed potatoes for the risotto but was not sure if you can ask for the fillet Mignon to be without the mushrooms. Has anyone done this?

the meat would be cooked I would think without the mushrooms on it first.....so why not try .....ask your server before you decide definitely to get that order...and good luck....I can hardly wait to get some soup and pretzel bread before our meal....delicious...

I've requested the filet without the mushrooms, and I've also substituted for the risotto.

My bil did both of these for his meal. You should be fine.

My husband will order his meat "naked" when there's a sauce or something on it he doesn't want to eat (or try). He's done that many, many times at Disney World with no problems at all.

I ordered mine without the mushroom sauce and also substituted the cream cheese potatoes for the risotta and had no problem. It was, I thought, the best meal I had on our trip.
I don't think you will have any trouble with your request.

Thanks everyone. We can't wait. I have heard some So-So reviews of Le Cellier lately so I am a little nervous but hopefully we will have a great meal.

We love Le Cellier and had great meals there in Oct. I hoped they haven't slipped since then! Going back for more in the middle of March

I know I will have to pay extra but I LOVE the bernaise sauce on the filet.

Le Cellier in EPCOT's World Showcase Canda is my favorite restaurant in all of Disney World!! The Fillet is amazing, and I hate mushrooms, so I order it without all the time. It's not a problem what so ever!

If you're looking for a good dessert, I suggest the Butterscotch Creme Brulee. It's fantastic! =)

You'll have to set a few aside for me as well. A steak is just not a steak without a heaping pile of mushrooms on top of it.
