I think I remember hearing a while ago that Le Cellier didn't have tables for 2. Does anyone know if that is true? I have a reservation for 2, but am wondering if we would be put at a table for 4.
Thanks!
They have tables for two. Ours was tiny and right next to a group of four - one of those half booth/half table things - felt like we were eating with the neighbors

Third on that, and the family beside us was pretty awkward. The gentleman (I'm using that term loosely) asked us questions about our honeymoon that I didn't think were too appropriate to be asked to a stranger.
Been at many of the tables for 2. They are located in the center of the room and also on the right side of the restraurant where the booth is part of the table. The table is so tiny you can barely get all of the plates on at the same time. They are so close to the neighbors you think you are all at the same table. We have been at all of the tables for 2 here. Now we have been put at a table for 4 sometimes -- not sure why. Maybe the server needed another table in their area?
Le Cellier does have tables for two, but they don't have many of them. Yes, they are very close to the next table (had a kid at the next table kick me in the thigh while throwing a fit) so I wouldn't count on an intimate meal here.

I hate that. I've been debating on whether or not to keep my ADR at LeCellier. We were there once for lunch (party of 3) a few years ago and we were not very impressed with the food or the ambiance. I thought I would give it another chance (since so many people seem to love it) and have a reservation for two for dinner in December. I may do Tutto Italia instead.
The closeness of the tables were actually one of the reasons I will not be back to Le Cellier (that and I didn't think the food was worth it honestly). I mean, many Disney restaurants are tight quarters, but Le Cellier takes the cake.
Thanks for the info, everyone. Unfortunately, that's what I was afraid of. We had originally booked for party of 2 as we had Grandma watching the kids that night, but now she cancelled and we are a party of 4 again. I've been trying desperatley to change our ADR, but with no luck.
Although they are few and far between (actually, closely placed between tables of four might be a better expression), Le Cellier does have tables for two.

I hate sitting close to strangers while I eat, it grosses me out some of the things they do. I don't want to sit close enough to some one when they start to talk food flies out of their mouth in into my plate, yuck. I think I may cancel now that I know this little bit of info. Thanks guys for the heads up.
DH and I had the same experience as many of the previous posters. We were at a table for 2 which was tiny and about 6 inches away from the next table of 2. It was by far the closest seating arrangement that we experienced in our 7 days of meals (besides Biergarten), we also did not think the food was very good at all definately not an experience we want to repeat any time soon.
