I wouldn't stress if you can't get an ADR there.
This place gets quite a bit of hype. We hit it on Monday to see what it's all about. Here's my take: it's a nice change of pace from the burgers and chicken fingers you have most of the time in the parks. If you are expecting a Ruth's Chris or Morton's quality meal you will be disappointed.
I had the filet and it was pretty good. It was about the quality of an Outback or Longhorn. The risotto was kind of rice-a-roni-ish. It was certainly the smallest filet mignon I've ever been served in a restaurant. If this is a place you've never been before, I'd recommend it just for the experience, the fact that it's pretty good, and that it's something different from what you eat most of the time in the parks. I'd just recommend that you have realistic expectations. Oh, and it's expensive.
This was what I was served...
