Le Cellier Seating Times Question

I started calling at my 180 + 10 window for ADRs here. Well EVERY night of my trip, I can get seating until 5:30pm, then NOTHING until 7:00pm.

I understand it is a very popular resturant, but is it possible from 180+10 out, that it is booked solid for a week for the same hour & a half EVERY night?

Or is it possible they are holding those seating times to open them later, kind of like they do with the Fantasmic Dinner Package?

I had heard that they hold some times. But I'll tell you that I called this morning for Thursday, October 5 and got a table for 4 at 5:45. I know this is about the same time as the 5:30 you're talking about. Almost all my ressies (at other restaurants) have been in the 6-7 pm hour. Maybe it's just b/c Le Cell is small and so popular.

I had a similar problem and it wasnt just with le cellier, many of my ADRs are for 8PM or later because oflow availibilty, we didnt want to eat at 5 so we settled on 8, which will probably work out for us since we have no kids and we can relax and change without rushing.

I called today (04/03) for ADRS on 09/26 at Le Cellier and got 6:20pm. I seem to recall reading (here on the boards) that they open certain "blocks" of times, and don't open other blocks until that block is full. I have heard of people calling multiple times, days apart and setting ADRS until they get the time they want, then canceling the others. There have been times (for other trips) when I called 180 days out and the place had been totally booked (Happened to me for Rose and Crown and Alfredo's for an early Dec. trip).
