Le Cellier (lobster)

The last time I went to Le Cellier I remember having a steak with a lobster tail. It was so yummy!!! Do they still have the lobster tail? And is it included in the DDP? I would love to get that again in July!!!

They didn't have lobster tail in Oct, even as an add-on. Actually, no place we went to had lobster tail as an add-on. I remember before the DDP, lots of places had it. I would strongly guess that even if a place DID offer a lobster add-on, that it would not be included in the DDP, but a cash extra.

NMW is correct, it has disappeared off the menu even as an extra, we were there last month. We couldn't find it at any of the places we had made ADR's. We had to make do with lobster bisque at the Yachtsman, no hard task though as it was delicious!

Unless they've changed in the last couple of months the only 1 TS restaraunt that still has lobster on the DDP is Cap'n Jack's at DTD. They have both a steak and lobster combo or two lobster tails.

I know Le Cellier and Spoodles used to, but alas no longer.

Just returned from trip 2/3-2/9. We were told by our waiter at Coral Reef that the park restaurants were not ordering Lobster at this time because they could not find a consistent vendor to provide good quality and adequate quantity on a regular basis. Sorry

We ate at Narcoosees. All five of us had Surf & Turf which was a filet and a huge lobster tail. It was great. The restaurant takes 2 credits, but it was soooo worth it! My family's bill would have been close to $500 dollars out of pocket.

We ate at Capn Jacks last trip (Nov) and had the twin lobster tails...which were very good. For value, probably one of the best one TS meals we've had. Hopefully, they'll keep offering the twin tails.

I ended up not making the reservation because I could not see using 2 TS credits for a max. entree price then of about $35. Were you able to order the Surf and Turf and if so, when did you go? That would be bad if this is true. You should be able to order anything if it's a 2TS place. I'd be interested to hear any first hand reports for recent visits.

I have heard on several peoples dining reports that you can indeed order the surf and turf at Narcosees on the DDP...You may have received bad information..at least i hope you did, because that is what i was planning on getting myself in June!

OK, I decided after reading through posts and seeing people get the Surf and Turf to call Narcoosees directly. The gentleman I spoke to said I can order anything off the menu including the S&T. Yeah!!! I can not wait for my meal now.
