I'm pretty sure its on the bone. I've also had the pork chops at Le Cellier. I liked the chicken and wasn't a fan of the pork chops (I didn't like the rub they used).
The last time I had it was a few years ago but it was both! Boneless breast with the wing part still attached so mostly boneless. It was really good. Haven't been able to get in for a while because we never plan our trips far enough in advance!
