Is this why Le Cellier is booked? Is it not set up in their system correctly?

Lunch: 11:30AM- 1:40PM (does not include Characters)
Dinner: 4:20PM- 4:55PM (does not include Characters)

Go to the official disney website, and check out the reservations. This was for Nov 30 I think... I was trying different days during our trip to see if there was an opening.

That is strange.

When I put in a reservation search for my week in August it states dinner is 4pm-9pm.

I don't know of Le Cellier ever having characters.. It might just be a mistake on the site. But again it is Thanksgiving so maybe they have something planned that night??

I noticed the strange hours for Le Cellier and Rose & Crown for much of December, but I don't think it affects your ability to get a reservation. I was able to get one for 8 PM even though it said dinner ends at 4:55. Unfortunately, I think Le Cellier was just fully booked when you tried.

I think the character disclaimer is standard on every meal that doesn't have characters just in case some guests think every restaurant has characters.

Was going nuts not finding availability and also noticed the above in mid Dec.

Central reservations say it's possible they held back the tables for the Candlelight processional, and show open up by the end of the month once the processional packages become available.

Character dinner would be a real dumb idea. Nice way to ruin the best resto in Epcot.

In any case, processional 3rd show is at 8pm, which seats for dinner between 5pm and 6pm. So no idea why the would not allow anything after.

Looking at the dates, it coincides with the processional dates.

I'm finding the same thing for Coral Reef--I tried at the 180 day mark and got everything I wanted, except for Coral Reef--it's on a Processional Day. I know that it doesn't make sense because those dinners are earlier, but it's for the whole week, and the only 3 restaurants like it are all CP places. I plan on checking back after they release the packages. Good luck!

BTW - Note that a couple of nights ago I called in and a CM found me a 7:50 dinner rez.

And then later that night, I found a 7:55pm available. I think that if we search for "lunch" or "dinner" it would only do those times, however, if you search by the time frame you want, you might find something...

I noticed the same thing when I was looking today. As someone already mentioned, I figure they are holding back the bulk of reservation times for the Candlelight Processional Packages. I'll have to try putting in specific times to see if I get a different result. Just for the heck of it I put in a date of January 1, 2011 and the regular dining times showed up.
