heads up to anyone going the last week in august
Just got off the phone with WDW Dine to see if we could move up a reservation at le cellier from 820pm on the 24th and was informed that for dinner 24-28 they are booked solid :sad2:

We just barely got an ADR for the week of August 13-19, so I'm thinking they're pretty full then, too.

i can confirm this of sorts - i tried for ressies for either lunch or dinner for the entire lengh of my stay (Aug 24 thru Sept 3) and was only able to get in on the 31st at like 4pm.

they may not be sold completely out, but pickens are very very slim.

Yes, just booked last week and had to go to my 5th choice of days that week because the other days were full.

and your point is . . .

Hmmm...I think the point is pretty clear-to share information about LeCellier during a specific time frame that others may be interested in.

I just tried to book anything for dinner from 8-19 through 8-27 and they are totally booked for dinner during that whole time.

We couldn't get a table for 2 anytime for dinner Sept.25 to Sept 29th...nothing available at all. We ended up booking a lunch res. Some of these more popular places are getting really hard to get into.

Sometimes if you call and ask for a table for 3 you can get one. I am not sure if they only book up the 2 toppers for party of 2 and when they are full they say no. Try 3 and see if you can get one.

Thanks indigoextreme...I'll suggest that to our Dreams agent. She was baffled too as to why we couldn't get a dinner res. Do you just tell them then that someone in your party couldn't make it? And they're ok with that?

Keep trying as you get closer to the trip. I finally managed to get a dinner res the day before we left home. It was for earlier than we would have liked, but it was worth eating early
