We have a reservation for 4 at Le Cellier on DEC. 22, We found out not long ago that 2 family members are joining us for a few days..I have called and they won't add us on. what do you think will happen if we show up with 6 instead of 4????

Also, I have been keeping a document with all our info on it. Turns out I didn't enter all my ADR's and Conf.# We are staying at the Wilderness lodge and are using the DDP, any chance they will give me the info if I call--will they have it??? I will be lost if I don't have this info....9 days of ADR's:sad2:

Can anyone help?

For Le Cellier, it will be very hit and miss in my opinion on if you can add 2 people at the time of the ADR. You may be able to, but you may be required to wait an additional amount of time. The reason is that a 4 to a 6 is a change in the table type needed... and when I was there it seemed to be low on larger tables.

You can most likely get your confirmation numbers from Disney Dining and when you get to WL you can have them print the ADRs.

Okay, we are double booked that night at Merrakesh, but would prefer Le Cellier.

So the WL will have all of my ADR's I am assuming--I rememeber them asking where we were staying. I just wanted to double check and see if there were any changes needed.
Thanks for the help.

You can call the 407-WDW-DINE number and they will be able to bring up all your dining reservations too. That way, you will have everything confirmed before you leave. I've done that before and they just needed my telephone number and name. No big deal.

For LeCellier, you are going from a table for four to either a table for six or a table for four plus a table for two. That's the problem with increasing your party size. If you had three people and wanted to add one more, that wouldn't be a problem because you would still be seated at the same size table. Disney does reservations based on table size, not by people. You can show up with six but you will have to wait as if you were a walk up. It can be done but don't be starving when you check in.

The other thing you can attempt is to try and get another reservation for a table for two and then have the two reservations linked in the system. That's also a long shot but you never know. You could also volunteer to change your time.

Le Cellier is a very small place and it's not terribly likely that they will allow 2 extra diners especially at such a busy time of year. Perhaps you can make a ADR for 6 elsewhere or the other 2 can eat at Marrakesh using the other reservation.

I am certainly no expert, but I have read numerous times that if you have 2 ADR's, for the same meal on the same night, they will automatically cancel one of the ADR's. :guilty:
I would ring Disney dining and ask to go through all your ADR's, they are linked using your phone number, so they should be able to find all your reservation numbers, and double check that they have not cancelled either Le Cellier or Marrakesh.

No worries there, Marrakesh ADR is not in my name or phone number--it is in the guest we are having join us, their name.

Thanks for all the help-- I have heard SO much about Le cellier that it breaks my hear to have to cancel as we have never eaten there. But we don't want to disappoint the others either. I'll figure something out I guess.
