We've never had a problem but I am fanatical about calling at EXACTLY 7 AM on the 180 mark. And I book Le Cellier first, then go back and book everything else. I try to list my ADRs in the order of how hard they are to get so I ask for the tricky ones at the beginning of the call.
My August ADRs are finished except for Wolfgang Puck which has to be at the 180 mark from when you dine, not 180+10, and breakfast on our departure day which isn't a character meal and we don't care what time we get.
