Le Cellier - ADR's get tougher every trip!

We've never had a problem but I am fanatical about calling at EXACTLY 7 AM on the 180 mark. And I book Le Cellier first, then go back and book everything else. I try to list my ADRs in the order of how hard they are to get so I ask for the tricky ones at the beginning of the call.

My August ADRs are finished except for Wolfgang Puck which has to be at the 180 mark from when you dine, not 180+10, and breakfast on our departure day which isn't a character meal and we don't care what time we get.

I have a feeling that lunch is soon going to be just as hard to get into as dinner. While we were waiting to be seated, there were at least 10 groups of various sizes turned away because they were full up. And this was at 11:30.

The host explained it one group the best: small dining room + great reputation = better make those ADR's for anytime of day ASAP.

Wow...I totally agree. I made our ADR early January for June of this year. I could only get 8pm the evening that we wanted. Since it was a late night in Epcot (extra hours) we just kept it.

The only problem with going to lunch instead of dinner is that they don't offer all of the great steaks in the lunchtime! My guys are truly steak eaters so they would be disappointed.

I have never had a problem, but

1) We always travel off sesason
2) We are only a party of 3 (I know there are very few tables that can seat 5 there )
3) I, too, am fanatical about calling at 7am on my 180 day mark. I book CRT, then Le Cellier then everything else.

I called 180 days out for our reservation at Le Cellier too! Made sure it was the 2nd ADR I mentioned (after CRT). Managed to get dinner for 7pm for us, really looking forward to it now, especially as I've read so many great reviews about this restaurant. I must try the Cheddar Cheese Soup!!!
