We are flying from Baltimore to San Francisco next summer on Southwest. There are no nonstop flights so we have to book a layover. We have a few options, but the flight we like the most has a 1hr. 15mins. layover in Vegas. I’ve never flown through Vegas. Is that enough time or should we look at a different flight?

That's plenty of time. All of the SWA flights in Vegas are in the C or B concourses. Even if you have to walk from the far end of one of those concourses to the other, its no more than a twenty or twenty-five minute walk. Usually its much, much shorter and faster

Agree. Vegas airport is simple to navigate - as long as you don't get lured in by a slot machine that makes you lose track of your time!! There's also a tram/train you can take if you'd like to walk less, depending where your next gate is located.
