Layouts with Crop-A-Dile

I just bought the crop-a-dile. It seems like a really cool tool. Only thing is, I have never done anything with eyelets before. Can you post a layout in which you used eyelets? Thanks!!

I just bought one too, but I am intimidated to take the plunge! I, too, would like to see some examples. And any tips or pointers for that matter.

I got one fairly recently! I haven't got any layouts, but I used it to put eyelets in two corners of e.g. a journalling box and thread some fibre through, then "hang" the box from a brad sort of like hanging a picture. I also used it to punch evenly-spaced holes for brads, but I've not yet worked out how to use it to make holes for a row of eyelets or brads - I suppose you'd have to mark spots or something on the back of the paper to get the spacing right, unless you're using narrow strips. I'd like to see more layouts too!

I don't have any photos right now but can post later. Don't be intimidated, it is just like placing eyelets before only now it is easier and silent!

Use the eyelet for holes in tags, to anchor photos, to string fibers etc. Have fun!

Not a layout but some elements I did for a swap. I used to crop-a-dile to set the eyelets for the tags.

The best thing about the crop-a-dile is that is sets the mickey head eyelets without chipping the paint off.

I use mine more for elements than on the whole page- for one thing you can only go in so far from an edge. I use the whole punch all the time to place in my brads. I'll have to get DH to hook our picture computer to the internet to post anything though.
