Layout Challenge 3/29/10 until 4/5/10

According to Disneynut14 who started the last layout challenge I have the honour of setting a challenge

You'll have to forgive me if I choose something that has already been done here (I'm still a newbie to the forum).

Let's borrow another layout from pagemaps.com, I really like the angle of this one:

Edited to add: sorry,but I got the date wrong on the thread title. I was concentrating so hard on getting it how you lay it in the US (here in the UK we do day/month/year) that I got the day wrong! It should read 3/29/10 until 4/5/10! *blush*

I think it's out of mine too, LOL, but it doesn't have to be exactly as shown does it? Let's be creative with it ;-)

I was thinking maybe a 4x6 on top..and two smaller photos on the bottom... that way I could highlight my DS choir concert...

I can't decide whether to go digital (because I don't have time to get my stash out), but then, I really want to get stuck in with some glue and embellishments too!

I LOVE this layout and I just got some new stuff in the mail today so I'll have to see what I can cook up! One thing I never have enough of, is pictures that were taking far enough away to make those small measurements the layouts want! I never realize how small the sizes really are until I go through my pictures and realize I was occupying everyone's personal space throughout the whole trip!

Can't wait to try this one!

You need to utilize a program to store your photos... most of us use photobucket and upload it to their site...

Once you upload it you can get a "img" code... you just copy and paste that code into the post on here....


For example...
I'll post this photo....

When I select my photo, there is a little box that will pop up underneath it and shows a IMG code....


Make sense???? Sort of???

OK I got my page done last night I just need to take pics. Of course I had trouble with the dimensions in some spots, but not bad for my first try. I might do another one tonight and see if I like it better

Ohh! I like this layout! it's very out of the box for me, which is what I need right now. I feel like all my pages are looking the same or are just pictures slapped on the page. Good choice!

here's mine. It's digital again. I can't cope with decorating and paper scrapping
I like it, except for the journaling. The journalling was the most challenging part, I prefer pictures to words.
