We do not yet, but imagine two bandanas sewn together back-to-back to make a pocket and then filled with polyfill.

I saw someone wearing a skirt made out of the bandanas on pirate night. I thought it was a pretty good idea.

Be aware the "bandanas" are triangular in shape. If you want a square(ish) pillow, you'll need 4 of them.
