Lawry' gift cards and yak & yeti

i noticed you can save 5% on Yak & Yeti gift cards with Verizon points. It says you can also use them at Lawrys restaurants. My question is, when they have the gift card specials at Red Lobster can you use the extra gift card they give you at Yak & Yeti? Is Red Lobster still a Lawry restaurant? Can you get 5% off at Target on Laurys gift cards and use them at Yak & yeti?

Red Lobster is not (and never has been) owned by Landry's.

You can use Landry's gift cards at all Landry's restaurants.

Yak & Yeti is a Landry's restaurant. Red Lobster is not part of that restaurant group.
