Is ther any rhyme or reason as to how the CM's target unsuspecting park goers?

For example, will a group of 11 garner a greater liklihood of being 'tapped' or might the single park goer be just as likely to get it?

Whether you are a single park-goer or a baseball team, you have equal chance. The computer randomly determines a prize, place, and time and WHOEVER is there (no matter age, race, gender, creed, religion, etc.) will win as long as they are from an elgible country (U.S., Canada, U.K., Mexico).
