We used it when we visited WDW in October 2015 and loved it! Not only can you monitor when your laundry is done, you can check for machine availability to avoid wasting time by taking your clothes down to the laundry mat only to discover there are no machines available!

That's awesome! I don't mind sitting and waiting for my laundry because it gives me some time to relax and read, but knowing if there are machines available is great.
