laundry for studios at BCV, BWV, and VWL

Where are the laundry facilities located for those staying in a studio at BCV and BWV? What about VWL? How many machines are there?

BWV and VWL are located on the first floor of the building. BCV is located on the 4th floor. Each laundry room has about two or three washers and four or five dryers.

We've only used the ones at BWV, and we've been lucky using them in the morning, early..so it may not sound like there are enough machines but for us, it's worked!

Last year we were at BCV for 3 weeks with only one washer working. That was not acceptable. I asked the front desk about it. They said it was reported. I wrote to DVC after I got home to ask them how WDW could not fix a washer in 3 weeks! I never received word back addressing that issue. I got a letter thanking me for my concerns.

Oh my! Not fixed in 3 weeks...that's ridiculous and totally unacceptable. I'd be ticked since we normally plan to do laundry for our family of 5 to reduce the amount we need to pack and we typically go for 5-7 days. I can't imagine not having much access to a washer and being there for 3 weeks!

With five, wouldn't you be staying in a one bedroom or larger? You'd have a washer and dryer in the villa.

Normally yes, we'd be in a 2 bdrm. but the next trip is one with our Scout troop and we're going to use 4 studios to save on pts.
