Hello,
Can anyone let me know if you are allowed to have laundry detergent pods in your carry on luggage?

Thanks

If they are liquid then they need to go in the 3-1-1 bag. Powder does not matter.

We take laundry detergent sheets. They look like dryer sheets but they dissolve in the water. They're not widespread but I've found them in a number of stores. Those are definitely fine in carry-on luggage.

We use the Purex 3-in-1 sheets. No liquid, no powder.

These are great for travel, but make sure you try them (or any other new detergent) at home first. I tried them when they first came out an my daughter and I both had an allergic reaction to them. It was unpleasant enough at home, but It would have been miserable on vacation.

I agree try them at home. I had Purex pods and they dyed my clothes blue that trip. All my whites, had blue ink like stains. Never came out.
I put whatever I take in my checked bags. Last trip was dryer sheets and Tide single use packets. Another time a small jug of All.

Loved our last town house with the washer and dryer in the home! It really saved on what I packed for PJ's, undies and socks.
