Launch Bay

When is the best time to visit Star Wars Launch Bay? Besides rope drop....we'll be doing other things then.

Well, since MDE is currently showing a 20 minute wait time (with Star Tours, RnRC, ToT and TSMM showing times ranging from 70 to 180 minutes) during a very busy week, I would imagine any time would be fine.

Are you asking about the stuff in Launch Bay, the move, or the Chewi & Kylo Ren meet & greets? The stuff in Launch Bay does not have a wait. You can see it with or without seeing the movie first. The movie doesn't really have a wait, except for waiting for the next movie. If you have a Disney Visa, then you can do the special Kylo Ren meet pretty much anytime without a wait. If you don't have the Visa or want to see Chewie, then it's probably rope drop. Others, like @yulilin3 or @hiroMYhero, would probably know best if other times are good. We tried after the fireworks 2 weeks ago during PM EMH, and it was about 20-25 minutes for Chewie with a posted wait of 40. I don't know if that's typical or not though.

rope drop or late evening is best. The Disney Visa meet for Kylo is 11am to 4pm. Any questions about anything SW make sure to check the big thread. Link in my signature
