Laua advice needed...

I understand there is the Disney Laua at Poly, another at Sea World, and yet another at the Royal Pacific Resort at Universal. Any suggestions? Comments?

I would not recommend going off-property. Disney's luau is fantastic and combines authentic Hawaiian dancing with fire twirlers/throwers, and more. It really is a nice time and you will not regret it.

Can you tell me when and where the Luau's are at Poly? Everyday? thanks!

The luau is located on the Polynesian Resort grounds. When you arrive via WDW transporation or at the lobby by car, there are signs all over directing you to the cove. It is an outdoor, but shaded event and offered quite regularly. You'll need to call Disney or check their site for the most current schedule.
