Are there any good Latin music places to go to in Orlando? Now that Pleasure Island closed, I'm looking for a place to go at night. Since my wife loves latin music, I'd like to take her out for night of dancing. Any ideas?

There is a restaurant on Sand lake rd called the Samba room...... they have Latin music on Friday and Sat nights..... my husband i discovered this place on accident!

Google Samba room and I think they have what night is salsa dancing too!

Samba room is really nice- I've eaten there at least once. great atmosphere and good food.

Samba room sounds like a place we'd like, a lot. I'm thinking dinner and dancing. Once my wife gets dancing, she don't stop. :cool1:

I know the one night we ate at Bongo's (Gloria Estefan's restaurant in Downtown Disney Westside) they had a band setting up. I'm not sure if that's nightly or just on certain days of the week.

We ate there last time and it was good. A bit pricey for a Cuban Sandwich though.
