Has anybody received the latest PIN offer in the mail/e-mail lately? I got one in November via email that expired on Dec.31st and I called in the other day and apparently the latest offer is attached to my name but I haven't received an e-mail. The rep on the phone wouldn't give me the PIN code as he said it was for the phone only and wouldn't work online - is this true? I prefer to book myself online.
Also, can someone clarify the differences between booking a "room only" reservation vs a package? From what I've read it looks like the room only is more flexible in terms of cancelling. We will need to add passes and the dining plan afterwards and that can be done, correct? Can it be done as late as check in or if not what is the timeline I'm looking at? We want to book for May but I am having a kidney transplant in 2 weeks and while my doc thinks I will be able to travel by May there could always be complications that would prevent that from happening. Travel insurance wouldn't help me either as it would be a pre-existing condition that prevents me from travelling.
