Latest news on the Adventurer's Club?

I'm just wondering if anyone has heard any news lately on the status of the Adventurer's Club. I asked a CM back in October if she knew of any plans about it, and she said that she didn't really know but that she heard disney was going to demolish all of the empty clubs along the water. This was a few months ago and I haven't heard anything since.

Please say it ain't so!

I've heard that Disney will be demolishing them, but saving the memorabilia inside of it. I also heard that some groups were able to rent out the Adventurers' Club shortly after it closed- I don't know how factual that is or if it is still occurring. A lot is just speculation right now.
