Latest dinner times for fantasmic dining package?

When we visit, fantasmic will be at 8:30 and we would like to do the fantasmic dining package with the kids at the latest possible time. When would the last time available be for the package at hollywood brown derby? 5pm? 5:30? 6pm? Planning to just go to HS for the night, ride star tours and rock n roll coaster, eat dinner and see fantasmic. If we arrived by 4pm with FP+ and the dining package at HBD could we accomplish all of that? Oh we'd be using rider swap as well so that would double our time on each ride. Thanks!

The latest time I've gotten is 5:20, so if we are doing it we prefer lunch.

It is hard to give a definitive answer as WDW changes.
