Later arrival at HS

I'm still 2 months out from making ADRs, so my plans are all pretty fluid right now. This will be my first trip with the kids (9,7,4.5), and my first time at HS and AK. My kids love animals, so I'm pretty sure we'll fill a day at AK, then we've got 2 MK days and 1 Epcot day planned. What I'm thinking...

Say we do MK on our first full day (Monday). It's actually going to be Halloween, so we'll be out of the park by 7. This works fine for us. I'm figuring the kids will probably be exhausted and I'd let them sleep in a bit Tuesday, take the time to have breakfast somewhere, then hit HS around 10-11. Of the group, only 2 of us will do the Tower of Terror while the others do Toy Story, no one is going to do the coaster. So If I FP+ ToT (2 of us), TSMM (4 of us), Star Tours, and Frozen... I should be fairly well covered and still be able to take in some shows, right? The plan would be to have dinner at H&V for the Minnie's Seasonal Halloween whatever-it-is, then catch the SW fireworks.

Our priorities here are strictly SW-related, really. And I want to see Indy.

DHS is Tiered for FPs.

ToT, Frozen, and Star Tours are all Tier 2. You can only choose 2 From Tier 2.
