I still have a couple of months before I get to make my ADRs. Needless to say, I am excited about it. LOL. I have one dinner that I have been changing around (the others are set for various reasons. I.E. my daughter's request, my son's request, the one I HAVE to try, etc) Anyway, I think I am going to add Yak & Yeti. The only problem is, I had planned on AK being a half day park (there is only a couple of things we want to do) and we were going to go back to the resort and swim. Now we will be going back to AK. I am hoping they extend their hours by the time we go in June. I know they are talking about evening safaris and the Rivers of Light. From what I can tell, the latest time I can get a reservation is a half an hour before the park closes. If I am not mistaken, the park closes at 7:00 in June, so the latest ADR would be 6:30. Am I correct? Keeping my fingers crossed for those later hours.

Sorry I really can't help you on park hours for June. You may look at easywdw.com if you haven't already. However, I would highly suggest Yak and Yeti. We've been many times, but was never really on our radar...but this past Jan, we were in AK and were able to get a walk up (for a party of 9) with a min. wait. The apps were esp delish and the fried wonton dessert is possibly the best thing I've had on WDW property. Enjoy!!

I have already informed my husband that we will be ordering the Ahi tuna nachos. We will be fighting our 12 year old son for them, I have a feeling. Lol. I am getting excited.

We just ate at Yak and Yeti this past trip which was about 2 weeks ago and I loved it. The food and the service was excellent. We will definitely be returning!

Yak & Yeti is one of my favorite in-park restaurants! I also had to think about it when doing adrs, as we don't always stay in AK from open to close. So I decided that on our AK day, to schedule our fps for the afternoon and arrive around 12:30pm and spend the rest of the day there. Our dinner at Y&Y is for 5:30 and the park closes at 6pm so we will just head out after dinner. I like the extra resort time in the morning also to sleep in a little and enjoy the resort before heading over to AK.

The food at Yak & Yeti is delicious! And the dessert is even better!
