Late September - What to Expect??

We will be staying at HRH September 25 - 29th. Should we expect some things to be closed at US all week to get ready for the first HHN on the 29th? I'm starting to be afraid that everything will be decked out for Halloween for our late "summer" trip!!! Will rides, areas, etc.. be closed and will decorations be up? TIA for any replies.
