Late-night food options at WL

Our flight arrives at MCO at 10:45 pm. If we're lucky, we'll be checking in at WL around midnight. What are our options for eating at that time? We may well be hungry, especially if we don't have time for dinner before our flight. I was checking the room service menu and it says that the latest you can order is midnight. Is that right?

We just got back from WL on Monday. Roaring Forks is open until 12 midnight but the grill closes at 11:00pm. In-Room dining - Pizza, sandwiches and snacks are available until midnight. I would suggest trying to get something at the airport if anything is open or if you are renting a car, stop and eat on your way or pick something up on the way.
