Late night eats around Disneyland or Knotts?

On prior trips it became a tradition to eat late night at Del Taco south of Disneyland on Manchester after leaving Disneyland. They were the only place I could find open after midnight for an after park meal on the way to the hotel. The girls have told me we can't break with tradition! But this year we're staying over near Knotts. Anything open late night between Disneyland and Knotts area?

According to their website, there are 9 Del Taco's in Anaheim, so maybe there is one closer to Knott's?

There's a Norm's (24 hour coffee shop chain that's been around LA/OC forever) nearby on Euclid. It's not walking distance or anything, but it's nice to have a "sit down meal" option even at 1 in the morning Here's a link to their website: http://www.normsrestaurants.com/

There is a TGI Fridays on Beech, just do not remember their hours.
