Anyone else have a problem with this? I can stay on my diet and eat healthy stuff all day long... then late at night (like now) I can blow the entire day.

So frustrating.

I'm not on a diet, but I still have that problem. I just ate dinner. 2 tomato sandwiches. :)

Yes, I do. And carrots and dip aren't what I really want! At least this is better than the damage I used to do.

So funny you should post this, but right now I'm eating peanuts and I just finished a glass of wine and it's 11:45pm where I am!!:hyper:

I always seem to snack after dinner. It doesn't help that we have a bunch of snacks on our counter all the time.

I hear ya. This is my most tempting time too. Not that it diminishes a chocolate craving, but I've read (and found to be true actually) that thirst disguises itself as hunger. Try a huge glass of water and wait 10 minutes. Sometimes it works. Sometimes I just go to bed. Good luck.

I, too, am guilty...guilty...guilty! Just sat here eating Chocolate-Peanut Butter Cookie Dough ice cream right out of the carton. At least it was the "Skinny Cow" brand. Is that an oxymoron, or what?

Another night, another late night splurge.

Maybe if I could get some good sleeping pills that will knock me out around 8:00?

:guilty:

'Ya know, I notice that I am really, really thirsty if I stay up late at night. Then I read the post about hunger and thirst. I drink too, too much pop during the day and then drink water alot in the evening. Interesting....
