Hello! Very recently got off a 4 night on the Dream. As the previous posters said, there is a small snacky buffet in the adult area. Can confirm they had it on the 4 night cruise and it seemed to be out around 10:30ish.
In the early years they would have the late night buffet set up on several 6 foot tables outside of the adult lounge area and the Promenade lounge. Now I’m not sure if they even have chips and salsa in the sports bar anymore in the early evening before the late night buffet in there.
There was a feeding frenzy on Pirate Night. But the waste was ridiculous - I'm talking plates piled high with one or 2 bites taken before being abandoned.
There was one when I sailed Royal to Alaska a few years ago. I’m not a night person but the midnight sun helped keep me up. Not sure if they still offer because I’m asleep by then.

No. It was turkey legs, nachos, etc. There was probably some chocolate, but not a chocolate buffet. I don't think DCL ever did that - I was saying their version was the Pirate Night "Buffet" which was really a feeding frenzy after the deck party and fireworks.
On our first cruise back in 2011 on the Magic, one night they did have a Chocolate buffet that was setup in Lumiere's and started after 10pm. I was in heaven, all kinds of different chocolates, a chocolate fountain, fresh fruit, etc. It wasn't on the schedule, but our MDR servers let us know about it.
I am confirming that years ago, yes there was. I sailed on the Magic in 2004 and 2005, and both sailings had a traditional chocolate/dessert midnight buffet, ice sculptures, fruit carvings, etc. Took place outside on Deck 9. Wow it was decadent...It is a cool perspective sailing over such a long period of time with DCL to see how things have changed in different ways. The last Pirate Night buffet (different from the chocolate buffet I mentioned) I experienced was before the COVID-19 shutdown, and it did not return once sailing resumed.
Ahhh, my first Disney Cruise was on the Wonder in 2002 and I definitely remember the chocolate buffet! Although it was a long time ago so I could have confused it with the Love Boat. Although they never really show anyone EATING any food. Just drinking Issac's drinks or sitting at the captain's table. I was on one of the Crystal ships around that same time and they had this fancy buffet with desserts and piles of giant shrimp, etc . . . but all I did was take pictures! Too full from dinner to partake. Bad move on my part. Thanks for letting me know I am not totally senile . . . .
