Late monorail after EMH?

Disney says the monorail operates an hour after park closings. Does that include late EMH?

Question for this Scenario:
Staying at a monorail resort.
Going to Epcot and it closes at 9:30 but has EMH until 11:30.
MK closes at 6:00 but has MVMCP until 12:00.

Will we be able to get back to monorail resort from Epcot at 11:30?

According to this week's WDW Resort Times Guide, on Epcot EMH night the Epcot Monorail ran until 11:30, and the Resort Monorail until 1 a.m.

I don't know whether that 11:30 is a hard close, or the monorail runs until the park clears. If you are coming out of Epcot & the monorail closes before you get to the station, there will be a bus available.
